The PACEdays agenda was focused on our users and customers. We shared our product roadmaps throughout the PACE product family and our vision on how PACE software solutions unlock innovation in the aviation industry, revolutionizing aircraft design and operations, fostering collaboration, sustainability, and adaptability in the face of evolving regulations and training challenges.
Here are some of the topics, we discussed
- Enhancing technology for future aircraft design, and how it impacts the design process.
- Creating digital continuity and collaborative data sharing within the aircraft product configuration process.
- Driving sustainability in the Airline and Air Traffic Management sector.
- Addressing EASA certification regulation changes as well as the pilot & instructor shortages to enhance training efficiency.
In addition to the engaging presentations, we hosted a brand new stream dedicated to training for aviation entitled "Reshaping the Future of Training" featuring ProSim Training Solutions. The guests experienced live demonstrations including ProSim FMS Trainers and the ProSim ViXR in combination with AI.
We showcased a life-sized A320 training simulator together with ProSim, our sister company, promoting our unique PACEdays simulator steep turn challenge.
We hosted the second PACE Future Innovators Awards ceremony in extended reality for aviation. On April 25 we announced the victorious teams. Best project award went to The wings of Icarus. Best presentation award went to the Fawks. This year's competition was truly transformative as we immersed ourselves in the realm of Extended Reality in Virtual Training Applications.
We announced the new PACE Business Units: HMI & Embedded Graphics and AI-enabled Training with a deep dive on InstructIQ, our new solution that provides data-driven pilot competency analytics using AI. Furthermore, we presented insights about our sustainable aviation R&D projects, describing how PACE contributes to sustainability through aerospace research.
