This year PACEdays will be an embodiment of this philosophy.
It is inspired by the Pacelab user community, a collective of individuals who work with PACE solutions every day, striving for excellence. This not only signifies our dedication to putting humans first but also reinforces the idea that we are, at our core, a community of individuals working together to drive positive change.
PACEdays 2024 it's a celebration of human ingenuity, collaboration, and the journey towards a more sustainable, resilient, and human-centered future in the aerospace and aviation industry.

What's on the agenda?
The PACEdays agenda is focused on you, our users and customers. We will share our product roadmaps throughout the Pacelab product family and our vision on how PACE software solutions unlock innovation in the aviation industry, revolutionizing aircraft design and operations, fostering collaboration, sustainability, and adaptability in the face of evolving regulations and training challenges.

- Enhancing technology for future aircraft design, and how it impacts the design process.
- Creating digital continuity and collaborative data sharing within the aircraft product configuration process.
- Driving sustainability in the Airline and Air Traffic Management sector.
- Addressing EASA certification regulation changes as well as the pilot & instructor shortages to enhance training efficiency.
We proudly announce the 2nd annual PACE Future Innovators Awards organized in collaboration with EUROAVIA, the European Association of Aerospace Students! This year's competition promises to be truly transformative as we immerse ourselves in the realm of Extended Reality in Virtual Training Applications.
PACEdays guest speakers
At PACEdays 2023, we welcomed keynote speakers from The Boeing Company, American Airlines, Google, Datwyler and Cape Winelands Airport. Breakout sessions featured presentations from Geven, Hitachi Energy, Deutsche Aircraft and more. Also this year we are expecting a great lineup. PACEdays 2024 early-bird mixer!
This year's early-bird meetup will take place in the Maritim ProArte hotel Bar.
The early-bird meetup will start at 7 pm on Tuesday, 23 April, 2024.

The museum is one of the most significant technology museums in the country and offers a comprehensive exploration of Germany's scientific, technological, and industrial history. The traditional PACEdays dinner and networking event will take place on 24 April from 7 pm to 1 am in the part of the museum dedicated to Aerospace and Aviation hosting a significant collection of aircraft and vehicles, including historic airplanes.
